Sorry, just checked my emails when I got in from work, I was rather exited, hence the daft post.

Game**** did good for me, they sent my pre-order bonus on release day. Steam 24 hours later activated their pre-order bonus for me, BUT...THQ never ever sent the pre-order code.
Therefore:

STEAM = A-
GAME**** = A+
THQ = F
