Unfortunately if you google "libary clinet" you're not gonna get many hits.

Search is your friend.

As always the typical fixes apply:

Check that your game files are verified. Right-click on your game icon and click Properties, then Files, then find where to verify the files. Restart Steam.

Make sure your rig is capable of running the game.

Make sure your video and hardware drivers are up to date.

THEN come back here with questions, and if you do, list your computer specs *before asking*.
