What to do? Stuck on side quest.

Hi! I just discovered the Last Remnant wiki. Wow... such an overwhelming amount of info I had no idea about lol. Anyway, I'm stuck in this quest: http://lastremnant.wikia.com/wiki/Bravery_and_Loyalty I am redirected there. I go and kill monsters. I arrive to a room with a couple (or maybe 3?) characters, then, the view switches. I can move the camera, but I can't do anything else, except make a soft reset. No other controls can be activated. Is this some bug? Or did I miss something necessary to go on?

For the moment, I am at Ivory Peaks gridning for a bit. But would like to return to Robelia castle and finish that. Any idea why that happens? Thanks!

If the 3 characters you are talking about are an Athlumian soldier, a man garbed in black and a large monster with a big hammer all you need to do is walk into the room and it will play a cut scene where the bad guy demands you open the gates of Athlum, Emma refuses and you fight him.

You only need to accept the quest and talk to the soldier above the ladder in the main room, they are the only things you need to do before hand. If you had already done that then it could be a problem with the game, hopefully it isn't the game that is having problems.

I tried again and the same. But then I put Emma as a leader of a union and the scene played out normally and i could get into the fight! I don't know if it was necessary to have Emma as a squad leader, but I'm thinking that's what made me able to go on. Thanks anyway for the help <3

Well, considering IT IS a EMMA SIDEQUEST, obviously you need her.
