Black Ops resseted my prestige

hee,

black ops resseted my prestige from prestige 15 lvl 50 to prestige 1 lvl 1.

i dont know it is possible

either it was giving me the connection interrupted message all the time in game and i got kicked from the server were i always play on 2 times in a row

any one can help me?

That's one of the reasons why I never prestige. Try to contact Activision support.

By the way it took me less that 2 minutes to search for this

I've had it happen twice now where after a game I'm back at the Classes menu and see things are messed up but if I press Windows Key + D to get back to desktop and just leave the game open like that in the background while I check my email or surf on the internet a little bit when I open the game screen again it's all fixed again.
