Why can't I take screen shots of classic sega games

Is there a way I can take a screen shot myself the old fashioned way and put it up in my profile screenshots page?

but you cant upload on steam them. Wich sucks (unless using the thumbnail hack but it also sucks tbh)

steam overlay is not supported for these games.

But you can take screenshots and paste them in paint or use any program like fraps or others and you can upload them when you upload another games pictures, you go to all and find it in your hard drive, my friends do this to upload pictures of their desktops and other stuff x)
