Better on PC, PS2, or GC?

I'm considering picking this up since it's on sale for $5. But it's also available on all the old consoles for $4-$5 used. I've got a PS2 and GameCube, so I was wondering which platform is best for this game. Any opinions?

You'll find at the time they made basically two versions of the game. The 'next gen' version was released on the Xbox360 and PC. The PS2/GC/Xbox versions will basically be the cut back versions.

Both, PC and Xbox 360, versions of GUN are ports. Xbox 360 is a horrible port at that. The game was translated to widescreen but all the 2D images were left unchanged, which results in all those pictures being stretched. I heard that most people consider PS2 version to be the best. One of the references could be the IGN review of the game. That being said, I recently played and highly enjoyed the game on X360. No matter the system, it's an incredible game.
