I'm really pissed. Puting out a game with so much bugs, that crashes 9 out of 10 times at loading, that doesn't even fix some timing bugs that were already here in F1 2010 is just disrespectful for the customers...

Ok, now that I have the beta drivers it stopped crashing on loadings.

I think most of the issues are hardware related. Ive been playing the game since it came out and the biggest problem i had was in China on the main straight that my screen blacked out and that only happend once.

Im not saying this game is perfect, none is at first. ever heard of a game with no patches at all for the pc?? People need to stop bashing CM for not delivering any good work cause they truly did.

Yeah have to say had no problems with the game crashing at all. I've noticed a couple of little graphical glitches but thats about it so far.

Same, actually none. Other then the slow load with vsync enabled.
Love the game! A nice step up from 2010.

Yeah I can't get passed the China race because it always freezes/black outs randomly like you said. And I was able to finish the race once but next time I loaded the game I noticed it didn't save my progress even though I have auto-save on. Really frustrating plus it'll freeze randomly during loading screens. Codemasters hasn't even mentioned that they're working on a patch. So guess I gonna be stuck with two broken F1 games.

I think it's very ironic that they call themselves codemasters when their games have so many bugs.

So the PS3 patch is out, but for the PC (and Xbox) ones they have to wait for Microsoft to get off their arses? How long does it take? Still waiting..

Game freezes for me at the loading screen after all but one career/grand prix session so far.. Guess I'll keep playing 2010 for now..

Game crashes at loading, game crashing at saving, corrupted saves, wheel losing force feedback in the same place lap after lap, sound crash, ridiculous short cut penalties when I have 2 wheels on the track, Illegal blocking at start when I accelerate in a straight line with no one behind me, contrived finishing order, impossible fast times for AI in the wet, impossible slow times for the AI in dry, AI becomes aliens on some tracks, AI unable or unwilling to get out of the way during qualifying. Yes I have experienced all of this and I haven't finished season 2.

I only had 2 times a problem (the black out) and got it since it came out and playing it about every day. In my experience its a big improvement towards 2010 except the "Live the Life" thing. it has actually gone downgraded.. i miss my manager although she was stupid but it was nice to have one:P I miss the press room interviews for the top 3 and the interviews overall getting quite boring after while with the same lines over and over again.

Like you, I started off with a real liking for the game...I just wanted it to be a winner and wrongly thought Codemasters would have heeded all the complaints about 2010. It seems that somehow the game has an evil streak in it. For about 3 or 4 days it behaved without a flaw and then bingo!. Until I read your thread I din't really cotton on to all the ♥♥♥♥les in this game...I have lost my progress 3 times and that has been overshadowing the rest.
Freezing, crashes, ai's going very slowly on the racing line in qualifying and the illegal blocking warning at every start of every race...custom wheel settings reverting to keyboard control and on and on and on. You are right; the game IS a shambles in fact, in my opinion, F1 2010 is the better of the two of 'em.
I do like KERS and DRS, they have done a good job there and the mechanical grip of the cars is a lot better. But why take away my agent...what's the point of only email contact. Miss the press interview if you get on the podium...why did they not polish that up and keep it. Someone posted about "living the life" and pointed out "in a trailer" on your own lol. They need to get it sorted and quick.

Codemasters titles are almost always in a complete state. They've done this so many times now it's just ridiculous to simply forgive them for it, you would've thought they would learn from previous experiences.

This game is half hearted.

Racing is all about stats, all about lap times.

WTF is your current lap time compared to your previous lap time and not your BEST lap time?

Where is the average lap time stats? Where is the slowest lap time stats?

There is SO MUCH MORE that this game needs, and should really have.

F1, and racing sim enthusiasts, shouldn't go anywhere near this game.

There are lots of little things that make this game dumb.

And why is there no team orders?
