Same here. I've even sent multiple tickets to them about this and have yet to receive a thing...

Did you create your account through the steam client or through their web site (or did you already have one)?

The reason I am asking is in this thread (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2133783) the perfect world rep stated:


So I made a list of all the names up until my last post and sent it to our engineers. They informed me the list of 20 people or so I had, weren't recognized as Steam accounts. We had a significant amount of players get the reward, so we're confident the data is correct.

If you would like, you can contact our customer support and they can take a look at your problem and see what they can do.

I already informed them of my problem, they recognized I was running it through Steam and said it should have been sent...Yet, to this day, I haven't gotten a thing after two tickets were already answered. -_-
