Bugged

Well I'm not sure where to post this as I couldn't find a Bug report thread but after killing pestulants I believe. A very one sided fight I managed to force him into a corner, however after his death the room stayed locked and I'm now stuck :(.

Also as reported many times achievements are still bugged.
