View Full Version : Just got "Kill Mom" achivement, stats say mom kills 0

Is this correct? Since I know that its not the true ending to the game.

It's not a real "mom kill". Mom kills are for the full game (i.e. every final boss fight except for the first run through).

It's correct. You have to kill the real last boss.

Ok cool, thanks for confirming. Just wanted to make sure my stats aren't messed up, as I'm getting really into this game and would love to hit 100% completion... I just don't know how well I could do the entire game without taking damage :(

Best do that early on if you plan to or be prepared to reset your stats and start again. Im on play through 9 and its very hard to avoid not getting hit. Some rooms i've landed in have been near impossible to avoid damage. :eek:

Why would you have to reset your stats for that? You just have to quit and start a new playthrough without damage. No need to reset stats? :confused:

Because once the 1st playthrough is finished, the game gets more challenging.

Correct, and once you finish your 6th playthrough and unlock the "Everything is terrible!!!" achivement, the game just becomes brutal.
Although you'll have access to alot better items and powerups aswell, which I suppose helps even things out abit :)

I suppose the game keeps adding challenge to keep you interested, eh wot. Nice way to deal with progression but I hope they add a manual setting sooner or later. Maybe with the Halloween update.
