Very frustrating bug

So, this is really annoying. I finally had a good run, and made it all the way to Mom. I got her down to a bit of life left, and ran into the bottom-left corner. I failed to dodge her stomp, and got hit with it - and shoved OUT OF THE ROOM.

I'm sitting here watching it right now - still in shock. I'm not dead, I can hear Isaac shooting, I'm just stuck.
Thought I should post something, so people can watch out. X_x

Hehe, yeah, it happened to me, now when I fight mom I always stay in the top half of the room no matter what :D
Was hoping the recent patch sorted that out.
