Problem: Singularity is rendered unplayable by constant pauses during play.
Solution: "singularity.exe" is repeatedly trying to access your network/internet, but can't get through your firewall. This is why it keeps pausing. Either allow "singularity.exe" access, or play the game offline, with your firewall disabled.
