I watch for when the clock ticked over 00:02, and my milk wasn't collected, I see it is collected some other time, not sure.

And when do we get paid for milk collected? How much per gallon?

Is there a limit to the number of cows you can buy?

I don't remember the exact time, but its collected twice a day (maybe 6am & 6pm). The milk price is $1 per liter, so the amount shown in the PDA is also the dollars you get at pickup.

I'm not aware of a limit, I had 50 in one game. The number of cows displayed in the field is like 9 or 10, but the PDA shows the correct number you own. FYI @ 50 cows, with the best equipment, its a full time effort to keep them feed. No food = no milk production. I haven't found a way to hire out any of the operations involved in gathering grass and silage. You have to do it manually and it gets to be work (no fun) when you get too many cows.

There are several mods that allow you to automate things, but most of the mods require allot of editing to get them in English and get them to work and not cause conflicts with each other. I've spent more time trying to fix mods than playing the game.
