There's any possibilities in the future to expand the output grid beyond the big one (4x8)?

I wanted to make trinitro-toluol (C7H5N3O6) (http://hu.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=F%C3%A1jl:TNT-from-xtal-1982-3D-balls.png&filetimestamp=20090323174711), but it does not fit into the big output grid. :(

I sure hope not. I'd be afraid to see what Cake>Pie would come up with next.

Production levels allow for a 4x12 output, although in an indirect fashion. You'll have to break up the molecules into three 4x4 outputs, but we'll all pretend they rejoin off-screen:). To date, I haven't thought of any good over-sized puzzles, and nobody's posted one.

In other news, I learned that TNT comes in flake form.

I think a good idea for sequels to this game would be to have an even larger playing area/grid, and perhaps even incorporation of a third Waldo (maybe green).

Imagine how much more insane it would be if you had a third waldo, and a playing size say 50% larger, for more complex solutions.

If there's a sequel, I'd like to see it on a hex grid instead of square. All the existing mechanics could work exactly the same on a hex grid as they do now, but it would allow for odd numbered loops of atoms, which are currently impossible, regardless of their size.
