six you guys at RE ♥♥♥♥ing rock
as many many have said and as for the many threads the demo-the support- and even an early launch go to show that you guys are actively engaged. made a good game(and are confident in it) and are close with your players.
once again a million thanks for the early launch and a great game. theres a reason a 15$ indie game is number 3 on the selling list only below the THQ daily deal.and its entire pack. you guys have well earned that spot and im sure word and gameplay videos will spread like wildfire and grant you even more sales ;)
i can only pray the approval, support and awesomeness of the game happens to trigger DLC plans (aside from looks, which BTW the DLC implement is smooth and easy to enable-disable)
well done robot entertainment, well done :D

Probably a reaction to the demo being cracked to the full version by pirates.
That wasn't the smartest move to do that.

Sadly I don't understand why people still pirate games, well except for ubisoft, that I can understand only because I hate the way they treat their customers by assuming that everyone of us is a pirate.

True. Ubisoft only harms their customers with their aggressive DRM, not the pirates. I wonder when they will finally understand that. The PC version is suffering because of this, well, also because of the awfull porting, but mainly because we get the game 5 frikkin' months later, with their 'oh-so-awesome' DRM included.
Games like this are well worth the cheap €14 (or $15). I enjoyed the demo a lot, and as a pre-orderer, I'm happy to see this early release.
Hats off to you, Robot Entertainement!

No thank you, i played the demo (without modifying it of course) and i don't see any replayability in this game, besides getting a better score in the leaderboards, which are normally hacked to hell. Add the missing co-op multiplayer and i may consider it. But as it is, no deal for me.

Believe me, the full game is much more epic then the demo Nekomancer! :D
It's getting harder and harder. I got only a 2 rating on one level... in other games I wouldn't really care about that. But damn! I need more "credits" to upgrade my traps!! :D
Love it!
Btw: Shame on everyone who pirates the game!

I was just about to play the "demo" and thought I'd check the forums. Thanks for the heads up! I only have an hour or so to play so this is great news!
Thanks guys. Probably a much nicer response than most other communities.

BTW I pirate every now and again to demo a game as much as I would like. If I truly enjoy a game, then I will not finish it with the cracked version. I will buy it, and do so. There are more reasons to pirate games than just to steal them.
Though recently I have decided against even doing that which led me into becoming a not-so-proud owner of RAGE.
Admitting that you pirate games will get you banned on Steam Forums.

@omni i don't mean to sound unkind, but that's probably not the kind of thing you want to say on steam forums.
edit: decided to remove quote to give you a chance to remove it. hope the guy above is as generous.

Sadly I don't understand why people still pirate games
Lots of reasons. Some people are too poor to afford games regularly, some like to try the full product before they purchase it (since demos attempt to make the game seem more fun than it is, or miss features, if one's released at all), some are freetards who think that everything should be free (no, I don't understand those people either), some do so because the wish to boycott a certain developer but still want the game i.e. they want to have their cake and eat it too (as with Ubisoft etc). There are lots more reasons, but either way it's still illegal in most countries.
Anyway, I too pre-ordered this game and I'm excited to see how the pre-order bonus items work! Whilst the devs almost certainly released this early in response to the released demo crack, it's still pretty awesome for those of us who've pre-ordered to get to play it earlier than we'd expected!

This game is amazing! I just played the demo and I wish I preordered it. This will definitely be one of my next games to buy.

I agree wholly, it's so much fun! Most tower defense games get dull pretty quickly, but the combination of RPG, FPS and Tower Defense elements, funny and zany storyline and characterisation and the over-arching stuff between levels (like upgrading traps etc) really makes this one brilliant fun.
In my opinion, this is well worth the cash.

Thanks mrpeters and socharis for the warning.
I've removed it just to be safe, as I mean no harm. :)

This game is so entertaining! Cause you can actually save a non-optimal layout yourself and end with 5 skulls (stars, rating)! I most definitely cannot wait for Dungeon Defenders! I have a week to exploit the crap out of Orcs Must Die. Hopefully both games play similarly.
Orcs Must Die is SO worth 15$! Man there are good cheap games lately.
On a side note. People who pirate games are generally poor ♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥es with no dignity but people who pirate 15$ and less games are just freaking monsters. I heard people pirated games from the indie bundle just to gloat about it too... what a messed up world.

The demo was really important...one of the few games I pre-ordered this year. I'm 5 hours in and having a blast!
