The game Get stuck on " Defeat the black cove pirates" after you kill everyone,

Mission: Defeat the black cove pirates

After killing the Main Pirate (in the Black cove map) and everyone else nothing happens, the way point marker that are on the side of the main Pirate never disappear after you kill him. It never trigger the next scrip? Is that the right way to say it? it's does not crash or freeze up, I can still roam the map. HELP PLEASE

I suffered a similar accident: player for the 3rd time the game (never had problems before)and at Pirates Cove after finishing the Blue Pete mission, the game did not trigger the next mission. After a few unsuccessful reload, go back, try again,...I deleted the game, reinstalled and this time I went through that point, the Sirens dialogue appeared and I continued, but ARRRGGGG again after the Sirens mission no more missions at Pirates Cove. I had a chance (the Buccaneers visit mission was there), I went to the Buccaneers Cove, but after the distillery mission again all missions disappeared, no more missions wer available anywhere. I think this is a bug and I have no idea how to bypass this.

Thanks I started a new game, I Did the fist two mission then again no trigger That would be the first story mission try everything Re-load etc but did not help. Again I started a new gamefor the 3rd time finish the first two mission and then the story trigger still playing so far so good. I will let you know if it get stuck again wish me lucky.

I think it's a bug, showing I do not know for what reason for asa I stated I already played the game twice. Now I'm at the 3rd attempt to replay it again, but two times I got stuck with no left mission. I posted the problem in the Paradox technical support forum, I hope they examinate it and find a solution.

well it mess up again after Peg leg mission, would not trigger, I think the next mission is a main story line mission, I think they have a problem with the main story line. no more mission to do after I finished Peg leg. I did one at a time in order.

Just to keep this thread update. I rearted the game again, played the two fist missions and then the dialogue stops, no way to getthe next mission. Tried reload several times, mo success. This game has become unplayable! I'm ready to give up: I deleted local data in Steam, deleted Nitro Games folder, now I'm downloading again, if I get stuck again I dump the game.

As a matter of fact, yesterday I re-tried the 'Blue Pete the bird mission'. Steam updated my game, I re-loaded it and....at last the Chief proposed me to go visit the Sirens. So, here, the game worked fine. May we consider the problem fixed? I ask this since once I ran into the same issue at Buccaneers Covethe, I don't remember during which mission.Tank you, regards.
