View Full Version : GPU multiple crashes

Played the demo and now just started playing the full version. For some reason my graphics card has a heart attack when trying to play the game, both in demo and full.

I played a couple maps with problem occuring a few times but im up to like mission 4 or 5 now and the game just freezes up whilst playing all the time. It minimises back to desktop and I receive a little popup from the Start bar saying my Gcard becomes unresponsive then recovers. Then I maximize the game, it's unfrozen and continue playing for about a couple seconds then another gpu crash happens... and yea pretty much like that the entire time.

I've fiddled around with the graphics options to see if I can avoid the problem but no luck :( Anything else I could try to do?

Specs:

windows 7
cpu: i7 2.6ghz
gcard: gtx295 (latest drivers)

I have the same GPU and the exact same problem, it's usually spell effects that make the game crash, like fire, ice, wind and such, also some traps, and paladin guardians with upgrade, leads me to believe that it's the spell effects that make the problem :(

Didn't exactly do it the way as mentioned. I just disabled one of my GPU's from nvidea control panel and it fixed the problem which was pretty much the same thing :)

Going to give ya a rep point for helping me out still :)
