Unable to load game.

I've just finished playing demo and went and bought full game. Now I cant get it to load. I selected play and all I get is the splash screen prior to the ubi launcher so I cant even select start. When I hover the cursor over the splash screen I get the icon that says that a program is not responding and when I look at task manager MMIV shows in process's but not applications.

I've tried to reinstall to not effect and i've tried to reinstall the ubi launcher itself again with the same result.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys,

The game released earlier than usual and i had this very issue lastnight when i first tried to run it, i did 3 things though i am sure it was the last 2 that fixed it ....

Verified Cache

REMOVED the demo from STEAM (goto ur steam folder common etc.)

RESTARTED Steam

after doing these 3 things my game sprung to life! and has been working flawlessly ever since

Try opening the ports on you router:

UDP: 3074

TCP: 80, 13000, 13005, 13200-13999

This appears to have fixed it for me.

That, or actually restarting Steam, which i hadn't done in any earlier attempt to fix it for some reason.

I did both of these, and when launching the Ubisoft Launcher immediately started updating and took me into the login screen.
