not getting achiev from hero or champion rank

so on my first playthrough i got veteran rank got the veteran achiev and the achiev that requieres the lowest rank (cant remember the name) but then i pressed restart and got hero rank (the highest apparently) but i did not get the achiev for it i then waited a few more days to get champion rank but didnt get the achievement either.

this all happened on the very first mission on the tutorial campaign, maybe those achievs dont work in this mission?

Nope, they don't work on main campaign maps either. Just one of many bugs in this poorly-tested game...
