All you Psychonauts fans should totally check it out.

Now, how about releasing Brütal Legend on the PC too... nudge nudge, wink wink.

Oh goodie. That's exciting, and it feels weird that that game's more than Psychonauts, but I suppose that's understandable(since it's much newer).

Anyways they need to be consistent with their name. Cause Psychonauts is marked as "Double Fine" and Costume Quest is "Double Fine Productions" I mean as a human this is clear, but the computer can't tell they're the same. So they should fix that.

Now if only us Mac users could play it just like we can now play Psychonauts...

Currently on "The Milkman Conspiracy" and want to try other works by Double Fine but have no Xbox, or PS3 to play them on

Sorry, never gonna happen.

I do hope this means we'll soon be seeing Stacking on PC though. That one looks really neat.

Better yet TRENCHED! Although, that's not even on PS3...

That's because it's published by Microsoft, which means the odds of it ever coming to any other platform but 360 are small.

Stacking has a good chance of coming to PC now though. That's the one I'm most interested in anyway.

Please give us Iron Brigade and Stacking.

Both of those would be perfect on Steam, especially Iron Brigade because it has HATS.

Definitely a good buy, I really miss some voice acting though, but the game is great if you are into this sort of casual fun thing :)

Well Costume Quest on PC comes with the DLC 'Grubbins on Ice'.

I agree about their name and agree with whoever mentioned Costume Quest on Mac. I'd love to be able to play it on my mac too. (I have it on PS3 and 360, but it's so good I'll buy it again... again.)

Yeah, the lack of VO is unfortunate and definitely missed, but forgivable for a smaller game like this.

They really should release Brutal Legend. It's exactly the sort of quirky, off beat game, that could find a home on the PC and sell really well during steam sales.

I think the biggest difficulty with Brutal Legend would be the music. Music rights are apparently expensive, and if their agreement was only for the consoles, they would have to re-license those songs. Add in the cost of porting to the PC, and it might not be worth it for a game that would now sell for $20 or less.

I know Double Fine now have sole publishing rights for Psychonauts (which means that purchasing it now, years later is actually not as bad a thing as it once was) but isn't there still ownership issues about Brutal Legend?

I assumed that was why Costume Quest and Stacking were both added to Steam in such quick succession: No toes to worry about stepping on.

Well, EA published Brutal Legends, and they probably have publishing rights. I wouldnt expect anything from EA.
