Blue hot spot circles removed

I modified the bs1dc.dat file so the blue circles don't show up on the hot spots. I don't know if it's kosher to upload and post a link to it though. There is no way you could pirate the game with just the dat file, but I don't want to get banned or anything. Any suggestions?
