So everytime I run Dungeon Defenders after the intro the game just closes. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I went to Canirunit.com and all my stuff pass, I thought it was my graphics card but that passes too.

Your graphic card lacks/may lack the required 256 MB VRAM. You only have (possibly) 128.
I need more info on your grapic card. Can you please post your dxdiag.txt?

Try a few things
1) Run the ue3redist.exe as an administrator. You can find the file in c:\program files\steam\steamapps\common\dungeon defenders\binaries\redist
2) Try the tip on the official DD forum
http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?4584-Getting-2008-Microsoft-redistribute-error&p=52719&viewfull=1#post52719
3) Check your event viewer to see what component specifically might be failing (vcredist, dotnet, directx, etc)
4) If you can figure out which one is failing, then uninstall that component, REBOOT, reinstall the ue3redist.exe, REBOOT, and try it. Don't skip the reboots as they're very very important if your vcredist/dotnet is corrupted in some way.

Your vid card doesn't mean the minimum requirements.
Video Card: Graphics Card with Shader Model 3 support, 256 MB video memory
http://store.steampowered.com/app/65800/
It sucks but you would have to upgrade your video card in order to play DD.
