Im completely unfamiliar with compiling programs. I need LAME.exe for converting my music to MP3's for my iPod, yet I have no Idea how to compile it. If someone could please provide me with a precompiled exe that would be awesome.

Have you tried using Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)?

It's free and is a really great program.

I have, but it doesnt do mass conversions
foobar2000 does though, but it requires lame.exe to encode mp3's
