Doing some random searching I came across these. There could be more. However this is a good start.

Also keep in mind just because GTA3, Vice City & San Andreas are re-done on the GTA4 engine doesn't mean they are better than the original engines with enhancements. It's all taste preferences. Some people dislike some of the GTA4 features others love em.

help me out a little, not the smartest when it comes to PC, but i cant seem to find a way to install this, i read the readme, but it only tells me what i need to make it work but not how to install it, is there a link or a forum i can look at to help me out?

Thought I would bump this. In case anyone is looking to replay these with better visuals.

You need to be careful with those ENB mods as most of them use version 0.082 of the ENB series dll file and it is known to cause overheating of gpus. Those are a 'use at your own risk' mod.
