You MAY be able to run it if you reduce most settings, since Unreal engine isn't inherently that resource-hungry, but I don't know how well it will play.
And what's "5.7 GB" RAM?
And why in your right mind would you use an ATi Radeon 4200 with a Quad core Phenom?

Well, In all honesty I'm not that great with video cards and stuff, I got the results off canyourunit.com, The video card came with the pc.

Yeah your goanna need to update to a recent Nvidia card. My 460 GTX also lags a bit here and there but atleast its playable.

The 4200 is integrated, as far as I remember.
Buy a dedicated video card.Integrated ones are almost universally horrible for gaming.
If you forget physX, the game can run just fine on 4-5-6 year-old GPUs.

thanks guys :) (honestly, I don't care in the slightest about graphics so I might get it anyway because I don't wana miss the sale, and I'll probably get a new gfx card In a few months if it doesnt run)

yeap, integrated, better than the usual X1900 series though

Anything rating (G3D) less than 1000 shouldn't run the game too well. The 4200 rates ~150 xD~

Nope.
Bought a DELL N5110 last week (i7 @ 3.1 GHz, 6 GB DDR3 RAM).It has a GT 525M 1 GB, whose rating is 586, yet it runs Alice maxed out at its maximum resolution with physX set to Medium and I haven't applied any tweaks yet. (High definetely gives it trouble, though.)PhysX are set to GPU.

Woot I didn't know UE3 was so optimized to CPU when GPU is not all that good o.O;
Well in all honesty my own video card is a 9600GT which rates some 900, and I also play all maxed out (PhysX on medium @ CPU, which chokes in some points though)

I was kind of surprised as well, but I guess it's a genuinely well-optimized engine that can properly compensate, because it's a laptop GPU, after all.
So, OP, pretty much any decent GPU from the last two or three years will be able to run the game without considerable problems.
If you have a little more money to spend, you could get a videocard good enough to play with physX at High for as low as, what, 230 dollars.
