Can't seem to get the voice chat to work

Does this game even support VOIP? Steam says the game is using the microphone, but no one can hear it.

edite: I see there should be voice chat now, but I still can't get it to work. Is there a hidden push to talk button i don't know about?

There is a setting in the options in main menu called Mute Players on start-up or something like that. The other players that want to hear you need to set that to off.

Yeah I saw that. But that wasn't the problem. It looks like you have to hold control for the voice to work, but it's really quiet and it doesn't dim the game volume while someone is talking. But there you have it!
