Go into the options and turn on Tank Driving.
Or read the other 15 threads on this forum about the issue.
Its really kind of scary that people can't figure this stuff out.
I think he means the key bindings. To that end: Sorry, can't help you. I couldn't find any relevant config files.

It's really kind of scary that people can't help after they infer they know and would rather make a post saying that it's really kind of scary that people can't figure this stuff out - especially when that person didn't even read the question correctly.
I'm really scared now, I think I'll have to raid the fridge :(

It's a pity you have no clue. The controls can't be remapped.
