I did the challenge of upgrading three items to +5 status... NO REWARD!!!

What happened???

The rewards can take some time to receive as we slowly batch them out to prevent the server from being overwhelmed. If you don't get them in 3-5 days please contact customer support in my sig and they'll be able to verify the information and take care of you.
