Game acts like it opens but doesnt.

I click "play" and it says "preparing to launch Renegade Ops" and then just nothing. i do have the latest nvidia drivers, DL gibbed dxgi.dll fix. defrag n verified game, still a no go on nothing

sega knows about the issue and are fixing it. hope they fix comes out soon -_-

Any of you guys using a modified version of Windows Vista/7 (vlite, rt7lite) ? I do have the same problem as you, and wondered if that was related.

Have you guys tried manually d/ling and installing the Visual C++ 2010 (x86) package from Windows:

And made sure that your windows in up-to-date? I ahd this problem and manually downloading the VC++ 2010 package seemed to fix the issue!
