I was surprised to see the game was available today. I started to play it and it was definitely worth the wait. I don't know what people are talking about it being a "bad console port" it runs perfectly on my PC and looks great for the kind of game that it is. Reminds me of Gatling Gears but with a more "realistic" art style. I find it really funny how people are complaining about the controls and they are using a mouse and keyboard, what were you expecting? If you aren't using a controller, go buy one and don't say "it's a pc game I should be able to use a mouse and keyboard effectively!" go play a flight sim and tell me how well that works for you. Twin stick shooters are designed for twin sticks as unbelievable as that may sound hahaha

People are raging because they have old hardware.
I'm not blaming the hardware, but saying that it's " bad console port " is totally false.
I'm the first guy to whine and shout at people when there is no fov option/mouse accel etc...
So if I say this game isn't a bad port you can trust me.
Edit: I'm using a keyboard + mouse with the " tank control" on, and it's way better than a controller imo.

Nearly 50% of Steam users are using a dual core CPU.
You cannot defend their sloppy coding when the issue could have been spotted straight away by them simply doing a bit of QA testing.
There's also an issue with 7.1 sound causing the game to crash on launch as well, that has nothing to do with old hardware.

Ok for the core issue, but the 7.1 channel is most likely caused by an USB headset that, from what I can read here and there, is terrible for gaming despite its "gaming" tag.

yea it runs fine for me too.
make sure to use TANK controls, with mouse / keyboard.
WASD is move, spacebar is special, shift boost, and mouse aims and shoots.
f a controller ;]

Using a controller takes some getting used to but once you have the hang of its great:-)

For a guy who used both tank control with keyboard and mouse AND a xbox 360 controller.....controller hands down is the better experience for me. Although the aiming is better with the mouse but the driving is much better on the controller.
