Strange Bug

So, I was on floor 7 and had luckily gotten the lilac crystal very easily. I tried a few times to synth the Prism Half, but was unlucky. So I farmed a bit more, primarily to gain XP, but in the process managed to synth myself a blue potion. Now, here's the bug:

Every time I just tried to use the potion and leave the gear menu, the game would crash. I prevented this by training with a scroll after using the potion, and it didn't crash this way.
But now the three crystals for the prism halfs are gone (verdant, cobalt and lilac). I could still synth the prism half, but i don't have the crystals anymore.
I'm fairly sure they don't drop anymore, so here's my question: how do i get the prism half now?

This is a weird bug, and I'm going to investigate it today, but the verdant, cobalt, and lilac crystals should still drop from their respective enemies.

Oh, that's good to now, I thought this was a one-time deal. Great, then I'll just need a little patience, that's no big deal then. :-)

Oh, you know what would help? Can you send the contents of errorlog.txt (steam/steamapps/common/Sequence/errorlog.txt) to me at iridium@playiridium.com? It'll tell me exactly what and where the error occurred.
