SOTS2: Manual?

(Hey everyone, sorry if I missed this being mentioned with the drownage about the steam issue...)

Where did they hide the manual for SOTS2...wanted to read it to pass the time but I can't find it in the game files nor linked on the steam page...am I just looking in the wrong place?

I believe if you look around here somewhere someone posted a link to one on the Paradox forums. I think because we got the beta build we're missing the manual until it's updated. Best of luck. Sorry I couldn't link you.
