Postpone the launch?

Why not just postpone the launch a week instead of releasing a ♥♥♥♥ty version and just piss everyone off. I'd rather play the finished game a week later than playing one with lots of bugs and crashes. And that's just the first 20 turns. I'm gonna go play something else for a week or two and then i'll try again.

I agree. However it seems Paradox doesn't:

Funnily enough, when you buy a game, you have the option of playing it any time you want, which includes a week later.

During Steam's Christmas sale last year I purchased Mass Effect 1 and 2. After completing the first, I jumped right into the second, only to find that the controls were completely different. Still waiting to play the second.
