Well, i just tried to run the game. It got past the menu but it was in a wrong resolution. So I selected 1920x1200 and bang it crashed and now my desktop is at 800x600 and I can not turn it to native resolution, does not give any error. Everything i know is that steam installed some visual C++ 2008 thing and tried to reinstall Dx. What is going on?!

You could always try to reinstall the game, and video card drivers.
Check that resolution in other games as well if it plays fine then its possible that its just related to Saints row 3, and you will just have to wait for a fix. But if it turns out other games are crashing now.. then it possibly hardware problems.

Good advice. I can confirm, my videocard is not dead. I just ran few games but my resolutions are capped at 800x600. So strange :S

How exactly did you try the re-installation? Did you simply install the different versions over what you already had? If so that often causes more problems.

What I would do in this case is completely remove all video card drivers--keyword there completely. Then reboot the machine which would cause the system to attempt to install drivers for the card. When the hardware wizard pops up, cancel it. Then use the installation software for the card after which you will want to reboot the machine again.

After all this, you will want to use the video card control panel to make sure that the driver software is properly recognizing your screen, as this can also cause resolution problems.
