So I've always wondered why the Steam version of Black Edition doesn't have the awesome, booming "Painkiller" voice on the title screen. I always loved that in the DVD release (yes, I have it both ways; I bought the whole collection at one point on sale to get the other games for a steal, which gave me the Steam copy).
Also, one of the screen shots on the DVD box shows a different HUD for boss fights. The compass is replaced by a giant skull, with a yellow and pink life meter below it instead of the red circle surrounding the compass. I wondered why that HUD isn't in the game or how I can enable it if it's just hidden somewhere. I know that this is super-nitpicky, but I just always thought that HUD looked a little cooler.
Finally, where is the Galleon level in Battle Out of Hell? The instruction manual mentions it, but it's nowhere to be found. Was it just inadvertently left out for some reason?
