Need Major Help Its been 5 Days and NBA 2K12 Crashes

Hello ladies and gent I brought nba2k12 from steam ofcourse first could of day game was running awesome last couple of days i cant play the game at all. My problem is I run the game and black screen displays the it kicks me to desktop. I can change it to Window 95 but the performance is horrible. I just fot 560 gtx 2 gb card i have deleted my whole steam program and reinstalled it...Other games runs fine but this game in particular does not run at all. Any suggestion would be helpful. And I contacted steam the arent helping me out at all I am very ticked off cause i thought buying from steam was good idea, now i regret it cause i owned 2k11 and have a physical copy of the game.Thank You

Steam wil help you with Steam problems. I don'think they will help with game problems. That is up to the publisher.

And more then likely this is a NB2K12 problem.

You need to go to 2KSports and see what they say. Check out their forums and see what problems other people are having and if there are any solutions.

If it just started to crash on you then it more then likely is something you installed as a upgrade. Whether that be sound card, video card, bios, Windows upgrade, etc. Try to figure out what you have upgraded and go from there.

Also, you can edit you settings in your Config.cfg file.

In Windows 7, it is located under your user name, in your AppData folder and under the Roaming folder look for 2KSports\NBA2K12\Saves.

You might just delete/move that and/or everything in your NBA2k12 folder and see if the game will redect everything.

But, look at 2KSports site and see what they say. There will be a lot more activity there then here.
