Little gameplay question (Green Hill Zone Act 1 - Red Star)

Hey,

did anyone see the red star in the looping in Act 1 of the Green Hill Zone? I was trying to get it but every time I was spinning through the looping I was missing it. Did I do something wrong? Do I have to run?

Oh and a little tip. Don't press "Restart level" too often. I noticed it was using my lives when they suddenly were 0. :p

Didn't know that, thanks for the tip. Hope that saves a few lives down the line.

I've not managed to get the star you've mentioned yet, still working on it. I've noticed I suck at collecting these things!
