Works fine for me.
The only anomoly that I have seen is that the right/left mouse buttons are reversed when it shows/tells you to press one or the other.
Just press the opposite one.
I am using the arrow keys, plus surrounding keys just fine, although I left the mouse options stock (figured it would work better this way).

Same exact problems here. Every time you're near the car it tells your partner to drive. First fight you have to position the guy just right before he'll start throwing punches (but he can still dodge them). Run or (run-lock) to the fence and he runs straight into it and the guy escapes. I can't get past the third mission (warrants outstanding), and I'm ! At this point, there is no help for a resolution to this waste of my money.
There is another user who describes this in the steam forums in a post called game-play killing bug.

This game wasnt built for keyboard and mouse, if you're having issues wih them use a controller

Yeah I had trouble with this also, mostly the mouse buttons being unresponsive.
I just gave up and used my controller instead (with x360ce.exe - xbox 360 controller emulator). Works great, except I'd rather play with mouse/keyboard.
Also I'm pretty disappointed in this game / movie, so I don't think I'll play it much.
