No Genki DLC bonus for gifted copies..

Really? I thought gifted copies were treated equivalently to pre-order copies you purchase for yourself? That is odd.

...do you have files with the prefix "preload_"?

I was really looking forward to the Genki pack, I'm in the UK and an american friend of mine gifted the game to me as I paypal'd him the money. I dont have the pre-order DLC that I was hoping for...

You're not alone in this problem, I am relatively sure every person who received a gifted preorder has no genki.
A pity, I was looking forward to launching myself from a cannon.
