I believe it's suppose to expand to other countries. I find it odd that it's US Only, but has drop down menu for different languages. :p

US only is a really pain in the ♥♥♥ for Canadian users. It's like... We're RIGHT there, but we miss out on so much.

Kind of interesting. How much does a song cost? (I'm not in the US either, so I can't check myself)

Probably will never come to Australia, we never seem to want to play ball with stuff like that.

.99c like Itunes but they also have free music, as well as let you store 20k songs. Seems pretty good.

Apple charges an annual fee of $25 (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4914) for pretty much the same service? :o

Googles is free and you can store any music you want in their storage, not just bought off their music store.

You can store up to 25,000 non-iTunes songs on iTunes Match. The difference is that Google let you do it for free. Apple being Apple.

Well like most things Free > Paid. I'll probably give Google Music a whirl see how it goes. The storage seems pretty cool and trying that out now. It's nice you can Stream from it for both phone and PC. :)

Info I was gonna ask about but found anyway. (http://www.google.com/support/androidmarket/bin/answer.py?&answer=1738509)

Hope it'll be available worldwide soon. I really don't like itunes, and while some music are worth buying a cd+import price, some I'd just like to get digitally.

So it'd be nice to see more alternatives.

Why not cancel your Subscription and go with Google Music Storage? It's free.. and provides the same service.

I'm gonna say I don't. I don't pirate I just listen to music on YouTube most of the time, i've got some of my old CDs and music on my phone that I still listen to once a day to and from college so there's no real point in buying music, plus I can just as easily stream music from youtube to my phone anyway...

Musicians don't need anything like a living wage anymore, If they want money, they can just get married, like Kim did.

amen

That's the only music that I'd pay for, a retail kit with everything there a CD, etc. Paperwork.

BTW: the same thing could be said for games and steam. You don't get the fancy maps and stuff you get when you buy retail DVDs/CDs for games. Like Mafia2 and all that had maps in it. (although I registered it on steam......(Mafia2 anyway)

click that arrow, choose free music
get some free songs
