Reading any Oblivion book? I mean, did anyone even like Oblivion's main plot?

I can clearly say, that I found almost 5 books related to Oblivion, yet almost none about Arena, which takes place in the Imperial Province of Cyrodiil (Same as Oblivion).

To tell you the truth, the only thing I found, was the 3 Volume story of the Imperial Battlemage Jagar Tharn.

However, I've found a few books with several interesting things about Morrowind.

I think the way they fleshed out the events in the books in Skyrim is 10x better than the actual plot you experienced in Oblivion.

Especially since a ♥♥♥♥ ton more happened afterward that you never saw in the game. Like the destruction of Vvardenfell, the invasion of Black Marsh, and all kinds of other cool ♥♥♥♥ that I wish I actually experienced in a game.
