Anniversary Pack problems =D

I can't seem to run Braid or the Bit.Trip games without it being so laggy as to be unplayable. All the other games in the Anniversary Pack work fine.

Specs:
Windows XP
3G RAM
Processor: AMD Athlon 64 x2 Dual Core 4200+, MMX, 3DNow
Graphics Card: GeForce 8400 GS, 512 MB

Any thoughts? And yes, I moved the MP3 files from Bit.Trip Runner, that let it actually start, but it's so laggy I'd measure it in SPF rather than FPS.

Looked into OpenAl. Uninstalling it, restarting the computer, and reinstalling it fixed both Bit.Trips, and Braid.

Well... Braid hasn't given me any problems... in the five minutes I've played it...

The other two have given me more problems, even if they do work better now. They run fine, until the **** up. With Beat, this means an instant Game Over. With Runner, it gets stuck in a sound loop for five or ten seconds, while the game is still going, and the screen doesn't change until the sound loop is over.
