I cured the problem by deinstalling the iz3d driver. Just a suggestion. Do you have it installed?

Why don't you give some more details instead of just instantly going for "I want my money back because it doesn't start"? Do you get any error messages? Have you tried launching Steam as administrator? What OS are you on?

how about help me instead lol.

Windows 7
ATI 5850 HD 11.11 graphic driver

Methods I have tried:
Ran game as Admin
reinstall directx 9, and vcred 2008
disabling anti virus to reinstall as admin
normal reinstall
tried repair
UAC is already disabled

So far nothing work, I get to the menu that with language selection and launch game button. Once button is press, the .exe flash in my task manager and dissappear again. no error message


Edited: fix, look at my thread about the bug for the fix
