Nosteam server?

Hi all. I got many linux server installed for my gsp I work for.
Anyway many users with ORIGINAL cs installed can't join my server because they got the same message: ticked expired.
They can join other server that use a different connection to host.
Our gps is losing many customers due this problem.

Why does it happens?

Is it possible to install a nosteam server?

there is no nosteam linux server.... just like there was no spoon in that movie...

In this case I don't think you can put the blame on Valve, there are many GSP's running source servers. The problem must be with something this GSP is doing wrong, most likely the guy doing the installs is messing something up.
