First of all i am from italy and this is part from europe then the game was must be opened for on 25th November and to be me in my library so i can download it and enjoy like everyone else but this all dose not happened and the game until now is locked......


Not just me but alot of members here in steam have got the same issue such as Ukraine.......


So what the hell is going on valve this is not good and we are sick of your silence all the time ago so we need some answers for all this and we need it now it must be end

Indeed, that's really ridicules.. I live on the Middle east and what Valve's doing is something really unbelievable, the game stated to be released on the 25th, and here's 25th.. and we absolutely have nothing, now they removed it from Steam and region locked it on us, I can't pre-load the game, can't play it, can't do anything about it.. it stays on the game library while it has a "Coming Soon" badge on it.. wish I had just purchased it from Games for windows live.

I'm in Israel and it's still locked. Pre-ordered over a month ago.
How could valva/WB be so uncommunicative about this? Would it kill them to post a message with what's going on?
I'm never buying a WB game again.

I'm from Turkey and game unavailable in my steam too i mean there is no intall button at all. I'm about to be crazy. What the ♥♥♥♥ is going on!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave this game 50 usd now i cant play it. What kind of stupid thing this is!!!!!

Wonderful all this regions are looked until now , and steam support neglect everything we need from them and thats because they have already taken our money so we are not important anymore for them.......You know steam go to hell you even do not worth it.......

Nowhere. It simply allows to "pre-load" the game. It does not even decrypt the files. Do I need to say what we cannot play the game with this "solution"?

steam will decrypt the files... i preloaded a few days ago and today it opened the game for me

Oh cool, so it does work that way.. after the install is done you simply restart Steam then the game will work normally? and the "Coming Soon" label will disappear and I'll be able to "Play" the game? hope so..

I searched high and low and found no one who was banned for this. Only if you use it to buy something, then obviously your account would be banned.

I'm from Italy too, and it's avaible for me, unlocked at 1 am of day 25 november and playing it already.
