Hi,
For all those gamers who have problems running the game after downloading do the following:
Open Control Panel
Open System & Security
Change User Account Settings
Bring slider to bottom of screen to Never notify
Restart Computer
On Restart Run the Game
When game has been run go back and change the User Accounts Settings to default and restart Computer
This has worked for me and a few other people so is worth a try but remeber to back-track to reset your security settings
