savegame gone

I just launched the game, and my savegame is GONE. It just says empty!
I'm signed into GFWL
Still NOTHING
I've played on the same computer and everything. What the heck happened? Are there widespread reports of this? This is a disaster as I had like 10 hours into the game!!

Yup, widespread reports with no one addressing it. We have no reason to believe this will ever be fixed. It has happened to me twice.
