I am not sure if anyone else has found this problem with a joystick & throttle combination .
I found the pitch and roll was perfect ,buttons worked fine but the throttle was back to front.
i.e. throttle full forward = airbrake ,
throttle full back = accelerate ... such a shame there does not appear to be check box for invert axis for this function .It is by default on the Z-axis which is correct but other games allow for a Z+ or Z- detection as the axis can be reversed similar to pitch . I tried to detect on the accelerate and brake options but they dont look for an analogue input either....

Has anyone got any ideas ?

I'm assuming you're talking about a flight stick of some sort? There probably aren't a lot of people using them for a game like this, it's more of a controller game so you might not find much help. Good luck though, it'd be pretty sweet if you can play this title with a flight stick.

Thanks for the reply , you are correct I am using a Thrustmaster Hotas Cougar a bit of overkill I know ,but I hate gamepad controllers ,once you have used a proper stick and throttle you dont want to ever touch a plastic gamepad ever and this gives me a more realistic feel for the controls as I said everything works perfect apart from the Z axis or Accel/Brake options not being able to detect the axis I require , I suppose I can write it in on a program myself and emulate the throttle axis as digital but it is alot of trouble to go to for something that was supposed to be a bit of fun.

The 3D works well though.
