After trying to unsuccesfully play through the game, the latest crash has caused me to give up on StrongHold3. After numerous fixes, patches and driver updates, I am no longer able to tolerate the constant bugs / freezes and CTD that this game is giving me. So, i finally emailed Amazon (where I purchased SH3) and got this response from them:

Dont get me wrong, I love the series, but with other AA titles I purchased (Skyrim, Battlefield 3, Sainths Row 3rd)from the Black Friday / Cyber Monday deals, I need to re-invest my money where it can benefit me. I want to commend the gamers here who are sticking by and supporting FF and the Stronghold franchise. I'm hoping that the game gets patched ed / fixed enough that it warrants another visit by me in the near future. Until then - good luck to you guys and Happy gaming!
