Game stays "open"

After exiting APB Reloaded the game stays "open" (it shows me as playing the game) and Steam won't let me close the steam program either because it thinks APB Reloaded is still running.

I checked my process list but i can't find which process steam (mis)identifies as APB Reloaded.

It is a process with the name of VivoxVoice or something like that

I get the opposite, it loads but says i'm still online. Since it thinks i'm not in a game i can't use steam while playing (which sucks.)
